Duties and Responsibilities: Own the Branch’s financial performance, primarily margins and costs, and identify action items to address any shortfall in net income. Acquire a deep understanding of our product portfolio, the market potential, our customers’ needs, and also ensure an excellent customer experience. Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team, with a high level of integrity and a focus on customer service. Promote a Branch environment of excellent customer service and team cohesion. Efficiently manage the Branch’s capital investment related to demo, new, used and rental equipment, as well as parts, to minimize the risk of obsolescence as well as carrying cost.
