It has a 20 foot awning for outdoor living and an outdoor kitchen with another fridge, sink and cupboard as well as a bbq. Trailer comes fully equipped for camping with 2 lawn chairs and many other items. As an add on, get the tent with cots and sleeping bags for the kids to have their own space. Prefer trailer pickup from our home but will deliver if the details work for us. Most deliveries would have to be evenings or Saturdays. No Sundays for pick ups or deliveries. Requirements for towing would be 1/2 tonne pickup or greater. Anti sway hitch included. Absolutely no smoking or pets.
